Construction of a new gymnasium approximately 8,500 SF including:
- Retractable basketball back-stops
- Retractable bleacher seating
- Multi-use restroom facilities (Boys and Girls)
- Hardwood gymnasium floor
- PE storage room
- Stucco exterior with colored metal roof
- New sidewalks and paving adjacent to the building perimeter
- New utilities to the building
This project was a Lease Leaseback Delivery Method. The value of the Lease Agreement was $3,217,764. Returned to the Owner Unused/Saved project funds $418,979.
