Greer Elementary School Full Site Renovation, SJUSD Design Build

This 1952 campus had to be totally reconfigured and spun 90° to accommodate the demands of the design. The project consisted of constructing three new classroom buildings comprised of 16 classrooms, a new administration building and new multipurpose room, more than doubling the size of the previous MPR. Two existing buildings containing 12 classrooms were also modernized to match the aesthetics and technology of the new construction.
