Experience

ICS has specialized in providing construction management services to California Education Institutions since 2000 with a team of construction managers that have a diverse pool of experience to draw from including, DBIA Associates, Certified Construction Managers, Mechanical Engineers, Contract and Business Administration. The individual backgrounds of our team contribute to our ability to manage each project phase and provide a variety of input. Our business acumen extends to a vast knowledge of Public Contract Codes in relation to bidding and contract procedures, and a proficiency in various construction software systems.
